斜管(板)沉淀器是在泥渣悬浮层上层安装倾角60度的斜管组建，使原水中的悬浮物、固体物或经投加混凝剂后形成的 絮体矶花，在斜板底侧表面积聚成薄泥层，依靠重力作用滑向泥渣悬浮层，继而沉入集泥斗，由排泥管排入污泥池另行处 理或综合利用，上清液逐渐上升至集水管逐渐排岀、可直接排放或回用。
